Shipping, Pick-up & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 across Canada. 

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 on orders under $125.

You can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days from the day of your order. Our goal is to have orders shipped within 48 hours of your order (during weekdays.)

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer Flat Rate Shipping of $30CAN on all order to the United States! 

You can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days from the day of your order. Our goal is to have orders shipped within 48 hours of your order during weekdays. We typically ship orders made over the weekend on Mondays.

Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up at Shifra Centre for Wellness in Cochrane, Alberta! We also offer free local pick-up at the Water Valley Community Library. Select this option at check out if you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Please notify us by email of your pick-up location choice.

Local pick-up orders are available for pick-up in 1-2 business days after your place your order. Our goal is to have them available within 24 hours of your order (if ordered during weekdays).

*Please note, pick up will say "Unapologetic Boutique" and a P.O. Box number will be listed, but the pick up location is at Shifra. Please also note you will need to pick up your items from Shifra during their store hours. Check online to make sure those hours work for you before choosing pick -up. Email us with any questions or concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

UNAPOLOGETIC RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind or unhappy with the fit? We get it! We are happy to return your item for you as long as it meets the following conditions: All items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, scent free, and hair free.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE AND MEET THE CONDITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND. Items returned after 2 weeks but within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

If an item is deemed unacceptable for return, ie has deodorant stains, is missing tags etc. the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

We are excited to offer our customers a discounted return label at $15.00 to save you from paying full retail at the couriers! You are welcome to choose your own courier.

PLEASE REQUEST YOUR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR ITEM GETS BACK TO US WITHIN THE 30 DAYS ALLOTTED TIME.

Once your item is received back we will issue a refund less the cost of return label {$15.00 Flat Rate}. 

 ***PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALES ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY SALE ITEMS.***

DROP OFF FOR RETURN ITEMS

If you are local to the Cochrane/Water Valley area, return drop off is possible to avoid using a return label. Initiate a return with us via email, then simply drop off your item at Shifra Centre for Wellness in Cochrane, Alberta or the Water Valley Community Library in Water Valley, Alberta during their operation hours, and we will collect your items and complete the return process. We will notify you via email when the return is complete, and once we have examined the return items, we will issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

Due to fast turnover rate our system is not set up to process exchanges. If an item you want is available in another size please order it and return your incorrect size, we will refund you for the returned size instead of issuing a store credit! Please let us know if this is what you would like so we can make a note of it. 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before we have shipped it. Please note that we try to have items ready for shipping within 48 hours of your order, so if you choose to cancel, time is of the essence. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the defect within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
